Our guest speaker, Maria R. Ash has been a speaker at the local, state and national level.
Maria has been a nurse for 46 years and worked at Crozer Chester Medical Center for 32 of those years practicing in various areas. She currently works at the Wilmington VAMC where she developed, implemented and coordinated their Geriatric Evaluation Management Program and the Palliative Care Program.
Maria has an independent practice and has a consulting business, Geriatric and Palliative Services. She is Adjunct faculty at Wilmington University where she teaches at the graduate and under graduate levels.
Maria is an active member of ANA, DNA, GAPNA, HPNA, and NOVA.
